1. Return Window

  • You must request a return within 30 days of purchase.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders exceeding 30 days.


2. Non-Returnable Items

As herbal wellness tea is a consumable food product, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened, used, or damaged packaging;

  • Custom or personalized items (e.g., special blends or customized packaging);

  • Sale or promotional items, unless defective.


3. Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong product;

  • The product was seriously damaged during transit;

  • The product has a clear quality issue.

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened and in the same condition as received;

  • Shipped back in original packaging;

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.


4. Refund Process

  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

  3. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–15 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, please email us with proof of the issue.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


7. Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the return.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
